4th Quarter 2008 Meeting NotesOur 4th Quarter 2008 meeting was held at New Horizons. Kevin Colby from SecureVantage talked about his clients' experiences with security and the solutions that SecureVantage provides.
We welcomed some new faces and talked about managing computers in a forestry company with Configuration Manager and swapped war stories. We also discussed some pitfalls of a SCCM installation and the migration from SMS 2003 to SCCM 2007. Make sure your Push Installation method is deselected!

The SystemCenter Professionals User Group of Jacksonville is an independent PUG providing a forum for sharing knowledge among IT pros that work within the Microsoft SystemCenter ecosystem.
Associated products include third-party offerings that support and enhance the SystemCenter applications such as Citrix and VMWare as well as training centers and integrators.
At the time of the founding of SPUGJAX Microsoft Corporation, Citrix Inc., New Horizons Training Center and VMWare, Inc. have offered to participate. More vendors are lining up. |
